U.S. Digital Service Report

Washtenaw Health Project hosted a conversation with the U.S. Digital Service (USDS) on improving the Medicaid renewal process. USDS published the report in May 2023, which was submitted to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) with Washtenaw Health Project’s suggestions for improving the process.
