UNAVAILABLE 8/25/25 - 12/31/26: A new federal rule paused this special enrollment period (SEP) for people with incomes at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) from August 25, 2025, through the end of 2026. After 2026, access to this SEP will be restricted: consumers will need to prove their eligibility for the SEP to enroll in coverage, rather than having it automatically detected.
